A WhatsApp AI that answers customers in Hindi, Hinglish and English, scores leads, hands hot ones to salespeople, and runs orders from Meta lead ads and Shopify through to COD confirmation, all managed from a custom CRM.
The client sells to customers who reach out on WhatsApp and through Meta lead ads. We built one system that answers those customers in the language they write in, works out who is ready to buy, and keeps every order moving.
The AI replies on its own, in Hindi, Hinglish or English. Each lead is scored, and hot leads go straight to a salesperson. Follow-ups go out automatically. Orders from Shopify are synced, cash on delivery orders are confirmed with the customer before they ship, and customers get order updates without anyone typing them.
Everything is visible in a custom CRM: chats, leads and orders in one place.
